Recommended applications
Paneled high efficiency air filters can trap 0.3~0.5μm fine particles. They are mainly used for the final stage air filtration of the purification equipment used in the production facilities of electro-optics, biological laboratories, food and beverages, semiconductors, touch screen LED, high efficiency air vent filter, and air showers. This filter is thicker than non-separator air filters due to the paneled structure, but it has a larger dust holding capacity.

Features:
Reasonable design: This series of air filter generally adopts paneled design. Cold rolled galvanized steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel is used as for the frame, ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper is used as the filter media, and offset paper or aluminum foil is used as the separator. The corrugated separators maintain precise pleat spacing and allows the filter to make full use of the media at minimum resistance.
High filtration efficiency: The latest environmental protection polyurethane is used as a sealant to completely seal the filter media and the frame to prevent air leakage. Paneled high efficiency air filters can capture 0.3μm particles with an efficiency of 99.99%.
Reliable quality: Each paneled high efficiency air filter undergoes rigorous leakage and scanning tests before shipment. The product has features of large air volume and long service life.
